Hi John, It has been a while. Work has been extremely busy since the late fall last year. Right now we are deploying an new budgeting and forecasting capability to help our organization have better access, control and analysis of our financial standing.

I have not had time to take the ITIL V3 Foundations course yet. I have a draft post that I have not had time to complete updating my post on EA and ITIL V2 http://leodesousa.ca/2008/07/ea-and-itil-v2-processes-supporting-practices/

I regularly visit your blog but have had little thinking time to comment and provide feedback. Hope you are doing well. Leo

Nick, thanks for the question. I have put together a presentation about my thinking about ITIL and EA and how they relate @ BCIT. Let me turn it into a blog post in the next couple of days. Ok?

Hello Leo,

I know that this is one of your older posts. However, now that you've had more time to consider the integration of EA and ITIL, do you have any feedback on the ITIL processes with respect to EA? How well is EA represented in the ITIL process flow?
